'Liberal Democrat Leaflet' posts are considered fair use as they were leaflets delivered to homes throughout Houghton Regis, many people in the town will have read them or have their own copies of them, and the blog author played a significant role in the content, and production of those leaflets. To protect individuals whose contact details may have changed or their circumstances may have, steps have been taken to obfuscate contact information, which seemed a reasonable thing to do. The content of the leaflets does convey a sense of what was happening in Houghton Regis at the time and is therefore useful in that context.
